Discover our June 2021 collection below, as presented during our first community event on 28 May at the Venture Cafe in Rotterdam. The profit that we make from this initial sale will be used to partly finance our sustainable wine bar project. Also, we will use 10% of this amount to buy a piece of land via to compensate for the environmental costs of keeping up this website and of transportation.

Oude Waalstroom

Natural Wine

‘Wijndomein Oude Waalstroom’ is a small biological and natural vineyard situated in the Bommelerwaard. Huib the winegrower tries to move along with nature by steering on natural processes, soil and biodiversity. His vines are growing between an exuberance of flowering herbs and fruit trees, full of insects and birds and 100% pesticide free. It is quite a sight to sleep in the fruit forest in the middle of the vineyard, which one can book for a night.

The grapes are picked by hand and fermented with naturally present yeasts. The winegrower only uses the wine’s own natural sugars, does not apply wine clarification, correction, filtration nor any additives, which makes for a completely natural and vegan friendly wine.


Natural Wine

VieVinVjenne is a biological and natural vineyard situated in Twente. The twentse wine grower Marcel rather accepts the risk of failing a year’s harvest then to use insecticides. The result is that the agricultural university of Wageningen could not find even the slightest trace of pesticides on his wine leaves. Bottom line: his wines are completely natural, vegan, without additives and residual sugars and unfiltered. Wine with a pure taste that is definitely worth your attention.

El Placer

Natural Wine

El Placer is a small biological vineyard of 0.5 hectare with blue Rondo and Regent grapes. The vineyard, situated in Flevoland, produces a couple of hundred bottles of appealing red and rosé wines a year. The wines are produced completely pesticide free and also without sulfur and copper (often used in biological vineyards). The winegrower Johan achieves this by applying undergrowth so that the soil life is diverse and beneficial insects get plenty of opportunity. In addition, he sprays compost extract on the soil and on the plants, with which they introduce such a diversity of fungal species that no fungus, such as mildew or downy mildew, can really get the upper hand. What is more, the vineyard does not produce garbage, everything is re-used for a circular vineyard.


Natural Wine

Domain Aldenborgh is a biological and natural vineyard located on the south flank of the Boerenberg in Eys, a village in the Dutch province of Zuid-Limburg. Wine grower Peter and his son Chris, a microbiologist by education, created a nature-inclusive working method that avoids the use of any chemical and even bio-organic spraying agents. The winegrowers place a great emphasis on improving biodiversity and activity, both over ground and underground through highly innovative ways of working and even revert back to Roman techniques for the pressing of the grapes, completely without the need for electricity. The result is an incredible taste of natural, unfiltered, unclarified wines produced by a sustainable and even regenerative form of viticulture.


Natural Wine

Dassemus is a biological and to-be biodynamic 4 hectares estate with about 16,000 vines. The vineyard is located just south of the city of Breda and is surrounded by a nature reserve. Wine grower Ron works in harmony with nature. This means that no artificial fertilizer, fungicides, pesticides or herbicides nor copper or sulphur or anything else is used. In order to enrich the soil, special herbs are sown that contribute in various ways to a healthy soil and greater biodiversity in the vineyard. Ron has planted more than 2000 trees around the vineyard to block the wind so the temperature in the vineyard is higher. All kinds of animals find shelter in these hedgerows. Hof te Dieren

Biological Wine

Domein Hof te Dieren is a walled 2 hectares biological vineyard situated in the Veluwe. Wine grower Youp makes delicious organic white, red and rosé wines as well as homemade liqueurs. The domain maintains the biological balance by making as much use as possible of, for example, natural enemies of insects and other pests. We attract ladybugs, parasitic wasps, hoverflies and various bird species through vegetation under the grapes. We fight mice and moles with birds of prey, herons and storks.


Biological Wine

Wine domain de Colonjes is situated in a hill town on the Lower Rhine Heights. Wine pioneer Freek Verhoeven (1946-2018) was the inspired founder of the domain, which has since grown into the largest biological vineyard in the Netherlands with a size of 13,5 hectares. The vineyards are located on a rich loess soil. This gives the wines a full and mineral-rich taste. The vineyard has been in the hands of the passionate winemaker Adam Dijkstra since 2018. In addition to their organic wines, Colonjes also make wines without sulphite (Adam is participating in an international experiment with a clean sulphite replacement).

St. Martinus

Biological Wine

Wine domain St. Martinus, owned by Stan Beurskens, is located at the rustic little mountain town (yes, there are mountains in The Netherlands!) of Vijlen. The vineyards are located at the southernmost point tof The Netherlands, at the edges of the ardennes. St. Martinus is an innovative company that prioritizes sustainability. It has been founded in 1988 and is now being ran by the second generation of winemakers, with the third generation already standing by to take over the reams.
